Digital Document Execution (DDE) enables a Bank to digitise the entire loan process there by making the loan issue process more efficient and cost effective. DDE is being implemented under the aegis of National E-Governance Services Ltd (NESL).
Process Flow
The solution is to implement a Digital Document Execution Solution that will consume the API exposed by NESL and provide an API that is can be easily consumed by various service of the Bank or NBFC. The solution takes care authentication and authorisation using digital certificates, encrypt sensitive data as per NESL specification, handle API call sequencing and call back requirements set by NESL for various business cases, keep audit trails of all transactions done with NESL and make the executed loan documents available for future download.
